June 20, 2009:
The event was set at the Waterfront Grill, in Warden, Louisiana near Delhi on the beautiful setting of the Poverty Point Black Bear Golf Course.
The staff of the Waterfront Grill prepared a tastbud tantalizing menu for the evening:
Menu
Beef Brisket
BBQ Chicken quarters
Baked Beans
Potato Salad
And all the “fixings”
Dessert
Cost: $15.00 per person

Volunteering:
Be an active part of the reunion as an alumni volunteer, where you can encourage others to attend and/or help welcome returning friends and classmates at the events. Contact any member on the contact list for more info.
Donations:
The ticket sales are covering the rental of the venue, the meal & the music. We still need help with printing cost and the awards. If you would like to make a donation please contact Tracy Simmons (our treasurer). You can also make a donation via PayPal. Please click on the donation button. Any amount of a donation will be excepted. If you are a business owner and would like to make a contribution, you may also contact Tracy Simmons, we will place your name on our web site as sponsors. It would be tax deductible as “advertising.”
Event Photos:
Tracy Brewer Simmons owner of Simmons Photo Design will be the official photographer of the events. Group and individual photos will be available with more information and pricing to come! In addition, Tracy will have various photos from the All-Alumni Reunion after the event.
