FAQ's For 2009 Reunion
What is included in the ticket price?
- Your ticket includes; admission to the private event (rental of WaterFront Grill Black Bear), your meal and entry to a dance following the meal. Oh and a whole lotta fun!
What is not included?
- Alcohol purchases and Gratuity.
Why do you have to be 21 to attend?
- The Bar will be open for service, hence monitoring the age of those that purchase will be “easier.”
Is there a restriction on the Graduation Year?
- No.
Do I have to be a graduate?
- No. Just merely attended Epps High School long enough to have made some friends! 8)
Is there a limit on the number of tickets I can purchase?
- No. However, if you are purchasing for a group of friends please see the section on refunds.
Is there a deadline to purchase tickets?
- Yes. Tickets must be purchased before May 1, 2009.
How long after I purchase will I receive my ticket?
- If you purchase your ticket through PayPal your ticket will be mailed directly to you within 48 hrs. of purchase. Please allow 7 – 10 days for arrival (Snail mail can be slow.)
What kind of music will be available?
- We have gathered a collection of music from 1974 to present day. Nearly every genre has been covered. If you have something special that you would like to add, please contact us and let us know.
My Spouse/Partner did not graduate or attend Epps High School can they come?
- Yes please! Everyone is invited to bring their Spouse/Partner regardless of where they attended High School.
Can I purchase my tickets anywhere other than PayPal?
- Yes. You can contact anyone on our contact page for tickets or visit Dana’s in Epps, Bestway Grocery in Epps, Steel Bridge Bar (across Bayou Macon in East Carroll Parish) and Farmers’ 1 Stop (same location).
Can I write a check for my tickets?
- Yes. Please make your check payable to Epps High School Reunion. Returned checks will incur a service charge of $35.00, so please no rubber! 8)
Why do I need to vote for a teacher(s)?
- We would like to recognize teachers that made their mark in our memories. We received many nominations and those that received more than one nomination are now on our Polls portion of the site. Please vote! The teachers with the three highest votes will receive a very nice acrylic plaque. In addition, they and their spouse will be our guests of honor. In the event the teacher is deceased we would like a member of their family to receive the award in their name.
What is the refund policy?
- Refunds only if the event is cancelled.
